Located in the municipality of Amealco, Querétaro, Enxe blends the charm of nature with modern sophistication. Each geodesic dome was conceived for travelers seeking to disconnect with intention—those who appreciate silence, meaningful moments, and a slower pace that reconnects them with what truly matters.

1. Cancellation and Modification Policies
- Cancellations or modifications made more than 15 days before the check-in date
o One modification free of charge, or
o 100% refund of the amount paid.
- Cancellations or modifications made between 15 and 7 days before check-in
o A penalty of $500 MXN will be applied.
- Cancellations or modifications made between 7 and 3 days before check-in
o A penalty of 50% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
- Cancellations made 3 days before check-in or no-show
o No refunds apply.
o 100% of the reservation total will be charged.
o Rescheduling is not available.
- Date modifications
o Any change is subject to availability and to the corresponding policy in effect at the time of the request.
- Reservations made through external booking platforms
o If the reservation was made through an external booking engine or platform, any refund must be processed directly through that platform.
2. General Conditions
- Guests are responsible for reviewing the selected dates before completing their reservation.
- Enxe Glamping & Spa is not responsible for personal situations, weather conditions, or transportation issues that may affect the guest’s arrival.
- Rates may vary according to season, demand, or current promotions.
- By confirming the reservation, the guest accepts these policies in full.
